How does it work? Choose a vintage postcard from our collection, fill in your message and the recipient's address, and complete your purchase. We handwrite your message in beautiful cursive and mail it the same business day.
How long does delivery take? Within the US, typically 3-5 business days. International delivery is usually 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
How much does it cost? Each postcard is $25, which includes the card and our handwriting service. Shipping is $2 for US addresses and $4 for international.
How many words can my message be? Up to 50 words. Make them count! Don't forget to sign your name at the end.
Can I send to any country? Yes! We mail postcards anywhere in the world.
What if I make a mistake in my message? Double check your message before completing your purchase as we begin writing immediately after your order comes through.
Can I choose which postcard to send? Absolutely — that's the fun part! Browse our full collection and pick the one that feels right.
Do you offer refunds? Once a postcard has been written and mailed we are unable to offer refunds. Please contact us at posttopen@gmail.com if you have any concerns.
Are there any message guidelines? We're all about spreading joy through the mail! We reserve the right to refuse any message that contains:
- Hate speech or discriminatory language
- Threats or harassment of any kind
- Explicit or adult content
- Spam or advertising
We want every Post to Pen card to be something the recipient is genuinely happy to receive. If your message doesn't meet these guidelines your order will be refunded. ✦
